Privacy Policy

DayCount · Effective 2026-07-07

This Privacy Policy explains how Rich Rabbits ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile application DayCount ("the App"). We designed DayCount to collect as little personal data as possible.

Information We Collect

DayCount does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use the App.

The content you create in DayCount is stored on your device (and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud). We do not have access to it.

  • Purchase history — Manage subscriptions and restore purchases (processed by Apple, RevenueCat).
  • Anonymous usage analytics — Understand feature usage and improve the app (processed by PostHog).

Third-Party Services

DayCount uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Purchases and Subscriptions

DayCount offers subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and to enable "Restore Purchases". Only a non-identifying purchase token is processed for this purpose.

Analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example, which screens are opened) to understand how the App is used and to improve it. These events are not used to identify you personally.

Children's Privacy

DayCount is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Data Retention and Your Rights

Because your content lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by removing the data in the App or uninstalling it. Anonymous analytics cannot be tied back to you and therefore cannot be individually deleted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
