These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reelcue: Video Teleprompter ("the App"), provided by Rich Rabbits. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Reelcue: Video Teleprompter on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including reverse-engineering it, using it to violate any law, or interfering with its normal operation.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich Rabbits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
